100th Birthday Quilt Raffle
In honor of the Aldrich House's 100th Birthday, Mary Johnson of Waverly donated two quilt tops created by her mother, Mary Lou Dunn. They were quilted by the UNL Piecemakers Quilt Club and Billie Lefholtz of Lincoln.
These quilts will be on display during 2022, and raffle tickets are available for sale at the cost of $1 each or 6 for $5. A drawing will be held in late December 2022. The Aldrich Foundation is not a stranger to quilt auctions as early foundation members crafted one each year. We hope to have many of those original quilts back for a quilt show exhibit called "A Stitch in Time," August through November.
